I need to know how I could better assist a client but using different techniques to better assist. Getting to know the clients past and present situation would be a good start. I would need to know what they feel like they need the most help with. I will start with Children that I would be assisting. The approach I would use for a child would be the Behavior Therapy Approach and focusing on using my patients knowing children may not understand their situation. Elderly people I would focus on humanistic approach while using Acceptance so I can accept who they have become and their past life and current struggles.
