The problems now a day for manager to deal with issues, implementing changes has to be boil down to their management skills in tackling with issues.
Such Things occurs will have minor or major impact on employees and these issues can be a huge factors leading to employees dissatisfaction. These can also cause employees that maybe resist to changes come into conflict with management. All these can be boil down to These changes when it happen: New management taking over, new Join Venture, removing current and adding new rules Implement, company not going the right directions for making money economy crisis.
What are the impacts?
Downsizing of employees, Cutting wages, Cutting Bonus, Cutting Benefits.
All these can lead into strikes.
Some of the common problems that happen to these are lack of planning, lack of understanding of staff’s needs ,lack of understanding the cultural and miscommunications etc.

Employees need these to supports their needs .Till today, the hierarchy of Needs theory remains valid today for understanding human motivation, management training, and personal development. Indeed, Maslow's ideas surrounding the Hierarchy of Needs concerning the responsibility of employers to provide a workplace environment that encourages and enables employees to fulfil their own unique potential (self-actualization) are today more relevant than ever.
The other models will be looking into Kotter's 8-Step Change Model, Kurt lewin models etc. All these can assist managers to have a better understanding in which part of the problems are they facing and letting them to gather better understanding of the problems they can look into in order to execute the right movement in solving the issues.
