The comppany, like most businesses had exaperienced some trouble over the years. The Greasex line ran into problems with new filling equipment. The main problem was the presence of high pressure beyond the required upper specified limit in some second shift cans. These probhlems can be traced back to various rooot causes. These causes include personnel, and machinery techhnicalities.
