HONOR, TRUST, INTEGRITY, OBEDIENCE TO ORDERS.

Honor starts with being honest with oneself and being truthful and sincere in all our actions. An honorable individual does not delude, confuse, or deny himself the truth. People describe heroes as "being with honor" or "honorable." A hero is merely one way of gaining that high respect. By showing courage and wisdom where others faltered, a person gains a sense of respect among others. Slowly, as good deeds accumulate, that respect turns into something more, and without knowing the time or place, a person has gained his honor. How can an individual or team be truly mission capable if he/they cannot accept the facts the way they are. If a person is honest with himself, then not even ignorance can be used as an excuse, because actions could have been made to prevent that ignorance. Ignorance takes away proper mission readiness, good training, good health, good work ethics, and good unit cohesion. Taking away all this things makes us ineffective and incapable to accomplish our mission not just as individuals or Administrators but as United States Marines as well. Noticing a problem and deciding to take action involves Honor and courage. Those problems are probably an example of or a cause from ignorance. To ignore or reinforce a problem, or to prevent someone else from solving a problem, is dishonorable. It takes away from Mission Readiness. It promotes further ignorance of the individual and the individuals’ peers and/or subordinates preventing mission accomplishment.
Trust is defined in the dictionary as believing in someone. However, it is not that simple to understand. It goes into deeper meaning as we continue to live, grow and experience different challenges in life. Trust is believing in someone with your heart, knowing that he/she has your back no matter the situation. There are different kinds of trust and

...I think disrespect is one of the biggest issues in the united states military. Respect is something everyone wants, not many have, and few want to give. Unfortunately, respect is not something that is given all the time. Maybe this is because respect is not clearly understood. What is respect? The Webster’s Dictionary defines it as an act of giving particular attention or high or special regard. Another definition shows respect as a feeling or attitude of admiration and deference toward somebody or something. And disrespect is defined as the lack of respect. This does not explain completely what it is, but at least it gives us an idea about what it may be. As a matter of fact, there are many forms of respect. There is physical respect. Physical respect is shown through body language. The way you might move your arms and hands while talking to someone, or the way you might stand, and even your facial expressions.
