One serving has 250 milligrams of sodium. The total carbohydrates are 13 grams, with a dietary fiber of .5 grams. There is one gram of protein and zero milligrams of calcium. As one could see, Flamin’ Hot Cheetos are not the healthiest snack choice. There is almost little to none nutritional value in them. The only component close, would be the one gram of protein.
