HOW TO LEAD A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
Our lifestyles today are very busy. We have family to take care, studies, and social life to fit in such a limited time. Everyone needs to be healthy to cope with all the activity in daily life. A healthy lifestyle will make us feel better and simply live longer. We feel good and healthy when our body is in balance condition. There are several ways to have a healthy lifestyle such as eating healthy food, get regular exercise and get adequate sleep.
Eating a healthy food is one way to live a healthy lifestyle. Start your morning with breakfast, your afternoon with lunch and dinner. Breakfast is the most important meal because it helps us to energize our day and avoid us from gastric. Besides that, eat variety of healthy food such as vegetable, fruits, milk and cereal. Try to make sure that you eat accordingly to the food pyramid. Avoid food with high fat and sugar content such as carbonate drink, junk food, burger and sweets. High fat and sugar content are bad for our health. Therefore, eating healthy food is one way to live a healthy lifestyle.
Furthermore, regular exercise is important. Spend your time thirty minutes at least twice a week to get a good exercise. Take it easy. Start with simple activities such as skipping, running slowly around your backyard or just by walking around your resident area. If it is a rainy day, try to do stuff inside your house for example, sweeping the floor or organise your room. Take it easy, make it simple. Meditation and yoga is also the easy way to exercise. Find a quiet place, relax your mind, take a deep breath and meditate yourself. Try to stop thinking for at least 10 minutes. You will find yourself in a very calm condition. Meditation and yoga helps you to think positively, find your centre and calm your mind. In a word, regular exercise is important to have a healthy lifestyle.
