Employee starting pay for production labor position is 10 per hour
Employees who successfully complete their 90 day probationary period and employee evaluation are eligible for a standard raise ($1.00). Employees who successfully completed their first year of service and employee evaluation shall become eligible for a standard raise ($1.00) after their anniversary date provided they have worked 1600 hours for that year. Employees who are hired for full time production labor positions who successfully complete their 30 day probationary period and employee evaluation are eligible for a standard weekly production bonus. To help EC achieve its commitment, it is the duty of every employee to be dedicated to reducing the risk of injury. Every employee must protect his/her own health and safety by working in compliance with the law and with safe practices and procedures established by the company.

ARTICLE N HEALTH CONDITIONS AT PLANT
The company will furnish and maintain adequate toilet facilities, washbowls, soap, lockers, showers, first aid, and cool drinking fountains in convenient locations wherever needed. The company will provide facilities for employees on their breaks and lunch periods, which will be maintained and kept in a sanitary condition.

ARTICLE O VISITORS
No visitors are allowed past the main office without a visitor’s pass. This goes for salesmen or anyone who is not employed by the company. Any employee wishing to bring someone inside the plant must get a visitor’s pass. It must b approved by supervision before the visitor enters the plant. Field survey data including annual objective salary and self-reported attitudes among 370 Chinese employees in 51 organizational workgroups supported our cultural predictions by showing that the relationship between workgroup salary dispersion and turnover intention was positive only among employees with higher rather than lower levels of Chinese traditionality and among those with lower rather than higher salary levels. Furthermore, the results of mediated moderation analyses suggest that a dual-deprivation path model can explain the above relationships.
