Impact of TQM on Teacher’s Motivation: Evidence from Pakistan

The data was collected from faculty members including principals and head teachers of public, semi public and private schools through five points Likert Scale. The results were analyzed using SPSS 20. The study showed a significantly positive relationship between TQM practices and the resultant motivation amongst secondary school teachers. Moreover, school image was also found a mediator between the two variables. Recommendations and some policy implications were also given along with suggestions for the future research.
