The importance of the customer is significant to any business organization. The customer is what keeps company going by pouring finances into any organization. There are a lot of aspects that deal with the importance of having proper protocol within the company to make sure that you give off an outstanding image to make people want to come back. There are many different ways to reach out to the consumer to make sure you have a positive impact to bring people back. What are ways to reach out? Social Networks, writing letters, posting ads, and even having an online website can help your company be ahead of the companies that are more closed minded. Just one negative thing can make a customer feel disappointed. One way to tell how sufficient you are is to monitor what customers say and how they react to certain situations. If you investigate data that you require from your customer it will be able to tell you key points that can keep them coming back. Also, watch for patterns so you can see when certain orders are made. Gathering this information can also help you evaluate the performance of the organization. “Conduct a customer satisfaction survey and you will make your customers feels valued. You will also gain valuable insights. But don't ask for feedback if you are not prepared to make changes. When you do make improvements, tell your customers what you have done as a result of their feedback” (McCulloch, M. 2013). In order to show your importance to your customer you must consider in taking a look within your own organization. Do you practice what you preach? Do you have equal rights? Is your organization diverse? The company has to take into account what is the first thing the customer will see when they visit your company. How will your consumer visit, will
