Human Resources
The management of human resources is quite important for an organisation like Tesco. It is important for the business to have the ability to approach their employees with a plan and manage them in a professional manner. Human resources is important because if the employees perform efficiently and work hard that means that the production for the business will be a lot and it will be good, the customer service will also be of a good nature also. Tesco can manage their human resources with methods like: motivation, training, appraisals and personal development. It is important for HR to employ individuals with the right skills to work for the business, they also need to qualifications required for a particular role.
