CHAPTER 1
INTRODUCTION
In a world or technologies and innovation the labor workforce continue to demand the academe to produce graduates who are competent and skillful to be of value in their organization. With this, the education sector becomes a booming business most especially to developing countries and also the skills of individual. Nowadays, teenagers are trying to find a job while they are in school. More than five million teenagers work, and many of them are experiencing difficulties in school as a result. We have conducted studies which show that teenagers who work and studying often have lower grades and they spend too little time with their families. Studies show that working while at school causes students to have lower grades. In fact, that can result in students doing less homework at school but in positive way, the student/s can help his/her own financial problem, example the tuition fee that he/she needed to pay and it is good if he/she really know how to manage time best.
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

IMPORTANCE OF THE STUDY
The study would benefit several areas of being a student. First of all, the study would be able to benefit the working student. The research would be able to provide them the idea on how to manage their time in work while studying. This would allow them to know how it will help them.
Likewise, the working students in NTC would also benefit from this study. This study would convey their concerns regarding the managing of time in their work and study. Moreover this study would do well to the working student as a whole.

DEFINITION OF TERMS
Academe. The academic environment or community; academia.
Booming. Having a period of great prosperity or rapid economic growth.
NTC(The National Teachers College). The school that the respondents are enrolled.
