I chose the case between Keator v Gale. Dr. Gale was sued by one of his patient Keator, for medical malpractice alleging negligence, and misdiagnoses that cause permanent disability that he had to take more treatment and surgeries. But Dr. Gale denies the negligence claim and he said it was caused by someone who the doctor claims he had no control over. When the court asked in response to the identity of those he calls others, “the Doctor replied, “he acted under the direction of his employer, Dr. Aaron Olson” the patient also sues the clinic that employs Dr. Gale, but later executed a release and settle with the clinic but still held Dr. Gale accountable.
