Lunafreya was something of an experiment even from conception, being the idea of particularly infamous Diamond Kingdom scientist. She was the creation of an experiment that hypothesized if the innate Light Magic of the elves could be passed down to a half-elf who had been given Artificial Dark Magic implant. They had originally hypothesized that it would simply cause the child to die, being that two elements of opposite natures existed within the body, however they were quite wrong. Instead they had made a true monster who's light and dark elements caused adverse reactions when mixed, making her magic extremely violent and dangerous even for herself. Overtime Lunafreya eventually found herself as a regular at the Underground Fighting Tournaments, as the only thing that Diamond Kingdom taught her was how to fight, and it seemed to be easy money at the time. Using her rather impressive sword skills and overpowering magic, she quickly became the reigning champion of these tournaments and her name traveled quickly among the underground.
