PROFILE Once focused on an objective, I believe myself to have an undying lust for success with accuracy and efficiency. My intensity and focus are at inordinately high levels, and my ability to complete projects on time is unspeakable. Ever since early school periods, I have found that I can achieve great results if I put my mind to it. At a very early academic stage, my teachers recognised that I happen to be very good at listening and applying knowledge in the correct manner. This gave me great confidence in myself, ever since I have applied myself greatly to succeed in tasks and projects that have crossed my path. I am very, very business oriented, since the introduction of business studies at high school; I found a great level of interest in the subject. I researched the “greats” of business such as Sir Alan Sugar and Richard Branson to whom built their empires from the bottom up. My ambition is to succeed in an organisation that is challenging me; it is then where I can input my time and effort into achieving goals and targets. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS * Soon to be graduate from Birmingham City University; with excellent academic qualifications including first class BSc honours in Business Management. * Exceptional communication, organisation and project skills. * A great willingness to help team members and potentially a great leader in the making. * Distinction * grade in Business Studies (Level 3) alongside successful GCSE grades. * Organised and implemented a successful fundraiser which donated £4200 to victims of the Japanese Kamaishi Earthquake in 2012. * Great 4 year experience working

To install this mod, copy the files TrafficLoad.asi and TrafficLoad.ini in your GTA IV folder. Remove all older or other versions! TrafficLoad.ini configuration You can specify your own values for both pedestrians and cars in the .ini. It is also possible to modify the amount of cars loaded before models that aren't used anymore are wiped from memory. Extra cars When you have no added cars installed, no modification is needed. If you do have added cars, look in the .ini for clarification. Up to 15 cars can be added. Trouble? If the mod does not load, check ScriptHook.log for possible messages, or the lack thereof. If nothing is loaded, be sure to right click the file and check for any security measurements Windows Vista and Windows 7 apply. Remove those, they prevent the file from getting loaded. When it still doesn't load or it loads but a weird memory address pops up in the logs, copy and paste MSVCR100D.dll into your GTA IV folder. (Thanks to BehelitOutlaw for finding that) Or download it here: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcr100d If you experience crashes and/or texture loading trouble, you might try to lower the amount of cars per cycle. The Challenges of Entering Inner-City Neighborhoods

...With saturation in their traditional markets, emerging markets offer some real opportunities for franchise systems today. Saying that, is penetration of the emerging markets easy? Are companies guaranteed success if they open locations there? Hardly. Not every company will do well in the emerging markets, any more than every company will do well in the “traditional” markets. First of all, there is no such thing as a single profile for any of the emerging markets. They are not fungible, and companies need to understand that ethnic backgrounds, consumer preferences, economic conditions, local competitors, real estate, and community support among a host of other variables must be evaluated. But a strong opportunity exists. There is a rapidly expanding minority middle class with a dramatic increase in the number of African-American, Hispanic, Asian, and new immigrants entering the workforce and achieving management positions and wealth. Working with clients and government in establishing emerging market opportunities, my firm uses a tool called a “leakage analysis” to measure local demand for products and services. Our studies often find that for certain products and services, some emerging markets often have higher sales potential than suburban markets. If the demand is there, why are these markets still relatively underdeveloped for branded retailers and service providers? The answer is really quite simple: Other opportunities seemed better. Expansion was booming and except...

...R. Ravi THE SPATE of nidhi companies failing to repay their depositors on time compounded the woes of the investor community. These depositors, unlike those in unincorporated bodies and collective investment companies, cannot be accused of ignorance or greed in choosing the avenue to invest in as the nidhi companies are recognised under Section 620A of the Companies Act, regulated under its provisions and further registered with the Reserve Bank of India as per the provisions of Section 45IA of the RBI Act 1997 . It is surprising that the nidhi companies, despite being allowed to borrow from and lend only to members against security such as jewels or immovable property, face a liquidity crunch. Some acts of commission and omission by the companies which have become sick are: AAcceptance of deposits without any limit or determination of the deployment of the funds (deposits were accepted even for 280 months in some cases); AInvestment in immovable property to house branch offices that were started arbitrarily; AChange in management; AAdvertisements inviting deposits that violated the provisions contained in the July 6, 1996 government notification. The Government, vide November 1, 1999 notification, directed that nidhi companies, recognised as such under Section 620 A of the Companies Act, shall not carry on any business other than borrowing and lending in its own name. Double Loop Learning - an Example

...DOUBLE LOOP LEARNING – AN EXPERIENCE This example is a bit too technical, but as I believe that this is a good example from my experience about double loop learning (we used to call this as “Thinking outside the Box”), thought of putting it the least technical form as possible. I was working as a software architect in a particular client’s team. That software system was pretty old and matured (the system was in existence for the past 20 years) and hence we used to treat the existing guidelines in use as the best available. As the system consisted of several hundred independent software programs (also known as modules), each of those has to pass a huge amount of data (names, addresses, other program related data etc.) between them during the operation. As a standard and also to ensure conformity, they used to employ a pre-defined structure to pass data (which will have a fixed size limit with each field having specific starting and ending locations. for e.g.: For address, the first name will be there in the first 30 characters of that structure and middle name will be coming in the next 30 and then comes the last name, followed by address line 1 and 2, each of which is 35 characters in length etc.). The flip side of this is that, even though you are introducing a new field in this predefined structure only for a couple of modules in this 700+ modules system, you will have to modify all the 700+ components to be able to maintain the same structure across, as else, the data positions...

Body Modification

...Acceptance of Body Modifications Acceptance of Body Modifications The acceptance of body modifications is a very big problem today. People that modify their body aren't being completely accepted in society. There are some cases where it is accepted but it is mostly frowned upon. Understanding is the first step to acceptance so it is my goal to help everyone understand. Body modifications are a big part in my life even if it doesn't seem like it. I stretch my ears and to me that is a big deal and it is something that I really enjoy. There are so many different reasons that people modify their body. Some people do it in order to fit in and others do it to be different. One big problem I have noticed about having body modifications is trying to get a job is a lot more difficult. This shouldn't be a problem though because we are all humans and no matter what any ones choice we should accept each other for what we do and who we are. The fact is that it shouldn't be more difficult to get a job when a person is modified compared to someone who isn't because body modifications don't change someones personality. In addition, everyone deserves a chance. Why would you not give someone a chance just because they look different? Furthermore, if someone is modified it is better to let them change to what they want their image to be so that they can feel comfortable in their own skin. First off, changing the way someones body looks in any way doesn't mean...

...Running Head: VIKING SAGA The study of Vikings would limit one to the pursuit of knowledge about the group of Norse explorers and pirates. The study of the Viking Age would include the period of Norse history from the 790s to 1066. This is the period during which the Viking raiders expanded as far as North America. During this period of piracy and expansion many settlements were established. It is the farmers of these settlements that we will examine. Vikings settled in Britain, Ireland, France, Iceland, and Greenland. In Iceland farms were isolated from one another and the farmer needed have the respect and support of his family and hired men in order to prosper. The farmer usually had not only his family but extended family, hired men, and slaves as well. All of these individuals lived in the longhouse. Originally the livestock lived in the longhouse also, but later outbuilding housed the more valuable animals. Framers in Iceland needed to grow and harvest a large amount of hay in order to feed the livestock throughout the winter. Farmers usually had two areas to grow hay. Most hay was grown on uncultivated land, but some was grown near the longhouse. The field by the longhouse was heavily fertilized with manure as they did not practice crop rotation. Rocks and sod made a fence around this field to keep out animals and humans. Hay was harvested with a scythe. Before winter the amount of hay harvested was compared to the amount of livestock. If the amount of hay was not...

...Week 1 Trevor Castleman Bethel University MOD450 Prof. Huss 1/22/15 Enron 1) It is in no way possible to reconcile Kenneth Lay’s statements in regards to Enron’s values and visions with the actual practices of Enron. Executive from the company used the company profits as personal funds. (p.11) It is impossible for Lay to truly believe that the company was in ethical operation as he was aware that Enron was using monumental amounts of credit to keep the company looking profitable.(P.11) Lay should have withheld legal operation and not allowed the company to be used as a person asset by corporate executives. 2) The way bonus’ are structured speak in great volume about a company when set up unethically. The way Enron’s bonus’ were structured so that employees were more concerned with the stock price than the state of the business. To the point that a dropping stock price was so unacceptable that employees were willing to lie, cheat, and steal to keep it on the rise. This meant defrauding investors and eventually collapsing a once profitable and respectable company. This system of a bonus is very corrupting. 3) Technical compliance with the law and ethical obligation are two completely different topics. When looking at the law it never seems to fail that there is some sort of loop hole. It is possible to completely comply with the law yet mislead and lose complete trust of stockholders due to failing to act ethically.(P.11-12) It is not only unacceptable...

Body Mods

...Lauren Schillo Anthropology April 1, 2014 Body Modifications To me body modifications are a way to show and express a certain creativity or to show an individualism for everyone to see that you want to be unique and stand out above everyone else. There are many different ways to change your image. Using make-up, dying your hair, cutting your hair, working out, gaining weight, and tattoos and piercings are all different ways to change the way you look. Most of the people who do any of those things don’t change their look because other people told them too, they do it so that they can feel better about themselves in any way you can. I interviewed five people I know and found out their opinions on their body modifications if they had any and what they think about it if they do not. My boyfriend who has gauges and piercings told me that he had to hide his piercings in fear that his father would not approve of them since he works with the military. So for a long time he had to always be self-aware of what his dad would day to him if he found out. Then one day he decided to just show him and he said “I don’t understand why you would want to have those in your ears but if that’s what you want then I cannot tell you that you cannot have them.” In my own opinion I think that’s the best way to handle a situation with a child wanting to change their appearance. I then interviewed my own mother because I know she has a hard time coming to terms with people who want to put something...
