Motivation is what everybody needs at some point in life, for work and life. The key for motivation is development, materials, monitoring, training, implementation and of course always positive behavior. To some extent, a high level of employee motivation is derived from effective management practices. To develop motivated employees, a manager must treat people as individuals, empower workers, provide an effective reward system, redesign jobs, and create a flexible workplace. Motivational strategy is to maintain open communication with your employees. When employees feel like their ideas are being heard, and that they have a say in the direction the company is going in, then they are more apt to take a direct interest in the success of the company. Allowing employees to air their ideas, and then using some of those ideas openly, gives employees a feeling of responsibility toward the company's success. The staff has a partial ownership in the ideas that move the company forward, and that can be a very strong motivation. Employees are motivated by success when that success translates into material reward for them.
Even the best manager knows that each employee knows her daily job tasks better than anyone else in the company
Stay active, hang around motivated people, have a goal, let other know your goal, get a role model, realize that we all have bumps in the road, read motivational quotes, do the hardest things first, and make it fun.
Be animated, enthusiastic, and motivated yourself. Enthusiasm is contagious and your students will become motivated by your enthusiasm.
