1.1) A process is a set of actions that can be taken in order to achieve a certain end.
1.3.1)It is the programe that manages all the other programs on the computer.
1.3.2) A kernel is a part of the operating system.It manages the tasks of the computer and its hardware.
1.3.3)It determines how to move processes between the ready and run ques which can only have one entry per processoe core.
1.3.4)It is a technique for coordinating when multiple processes compete fthe the same operating system rescources.
1,3.5)It is any combination of excess or indirect computation,time,memory,bandwith or other recources that are required to attain a particular goal.

2.1)It is a signal sent to the operating system from a programe or a device attached to the computer so that the computer can perform another task.When the interrupt send the signal the processor stops what it is doing to handle the interrupt .After the processor finishes it continues its normall activities. …show more content…
