 Nutrition is the study of how your body uses the food that you eat.

Chopping vegetables and fruit can be a discouraging tedious first step in the cooking process. The time it takes to cook them just as discouraging. There are daily amounts of nutrients recommended for intake to help maintain our bodies. When buying fresh produce it is best to buy locally. Again this is because of the time it takes to transport most produce plays a significant role in how many nutrients are lost.
