There are plenty of ways one can be productive or counterproductive to their organization and I will write about a few of them for each. When an employee is proficient in his or her job specific tasks it helps the overall productivity of the organization tremendously because it saves time and money from needing more people working on a certain task or tasks that a proficient person can be able to handle themselves.
