Personal Narrative: My Field Trip To Manalipin

My goal is to get 5 sacs every football game. Two days ago my football team went to Manalipin. Went to Florida last year and won the championship. They are a tough team to beat. We practice for one hour before the game. Then we went to weigh in’s. Their team was bigger than our whole team. The weight limit is 125. One of our players are over the weight limit. THey had 8 kids overweight. My coach was nice enough to let them all play. One kid was wearing soccer cleats. The rule is if you wear soccer cleats you have to wear them in the game. But he put his football cleats on after.
My coach called him out and said to their coach “ I saw you cheat but we will still beat you guys.” Then the game started. I had butterflies but after the first play they were gone. I was on the biggest …show more content…
Sabino ran for 10 yards. The next play Torin ran for a touchdown. Cj kicked the extra point and it went in. That was the first time he kicked it in a game. Not that many teams kick an extra point. We kicked the ball back to them. They got it at the 30 yardline. They ran to the left with the running back he got tackled at the 35. Next play the faked the handoff to the running back and the quarterback ran to the left. I ran up field and tackled the quarterback a 6 yard loss. They tried to throw a pass to the wide receiver but Luke and I tackled him. Now they had to punt. They kicked it only 10 yards. We called poison so no one touched it. We scored another touchdown on the first play. But we did not stop playing hard after that. Last game they played they came back and won 27 to 7 in the 4th quarter. Now we were in the 3rd quarter with 3 minutes left. The ran a play where all the blockers ran in front of the quarterback and then he ran. Then ran it to the left side. They didn't block me. I ran around the blockers picked up the quarterback and slammed him. They called a timeout to see if he was alright. That was my 3rd sac. Into the 4th quarter. We are up 27
