My picture of leadership is servanthood, having a vision, integrity, and compassion; putting the needs of others at the center of my decisions. Contrast to my picture of leadership, transformative leadership share similarities to my view of leadership. Transformative leadership signifies the organization goals; it transforms people, regarding emotions, values, ethics, standards, and long-term goals (Northouse, 2016). My picture of leadership has not changed it continue to improve based on my thesis - caring for the least fortunate, “service first, leading second.”
