A teen tells half a truth that started an outrages. A 9th grader named Philip Malloy thought it wiil be funny to hum very loudly espically during the national Anthem in his homeroom teacher Miss Narwin,He got suspended when his parent heard about this he told a half truth. Although he was being a disturbance his dad said he was patriotic. Philip was suspended for disturbance for instance he was humming loud. So here are 3 reason why he was suspended.
