Directions: Locate two resources on the Internet that explain meditation techniques. Copy and paste the web address into the top of the matrix. After reviewing the website, provide a brief summary for each source. Below your summary, list two interesting facts you learned from each site. Try the techniques you located in your Internet search. Provide a brief description of what happened in your experience.

The website examines each different technique in depth so that any reader can try the technique for themselves; the level of detail makes this site suitable even for beginners. Different poses and mudras are covered as well as incense and how it can increase the quality of meditation.
2. This website is about Transcendental Meditation – it explains what it is, who uses it, how it works and backs this up with scientific research.
I went to the site about.com and came across the “walking meditation technique. The |I also went back to about.com for the bath meditation technique because the other sites I looked
1. Walking meditation technique is walking at a comfortable ace, focusing on the sensations at wasn’t as easy to navigate or understand. The other sites didn’t explain the technique they 2. That you feel in your body while walking. You feel the weight of your body on the bottom |just showed you how to do them. I found this site to be straight forward and easy to navigate. Of your feet, feel your arms swinging with each stride. Let all thoughts gently leave.
What happened after you tried each technique? After I tried most parts of this technique I became relaxed and felt almost sleepy. This feeling soon ended once I got down working and begun answering these questions.
I experienced problems with this form of meditation: it wasn’t effective. I believe that if I had salient environment this would not have been the case, so I conclude an environment with few distractions is important. After trying this method of relaxing my body and your mind and redirect your focus on the sensations you feel as you walk. Stay focused techniques are the ones I thought I might benefit form the most because I have a job that causes me a lot of stress.

After reviewing the information and testing the technique, I have found that I could fit this kind of exercise into my life. I found that relaxes and takes always build up stressors that happen during each day with work, family and everyday life. Today I do engage to yoga two times a week and other exercise tasks during the week to help me keep fit.
