Arroz de marisco
Receita
1. Refogue no azeite a cebola grande e os dentes de alho bem picados. Esmague os tomates maduros e já pelados e junte ao refogado. Tempere com piri-piri e sal. Deixe apurar durante alguns minutos. 2. Entretanto, descongele uma embalagem de cocktail de marisco. Se tiver delícias do mar, retire-as e ponha-as de parte. Junte os mariscos ao refogado e mexa. Com o lume brando, tape o tacho e deixe apurar durante 15 minutos. Junte o cubo de caldo de peixe. Aqueça à parte 2 chávenas de água por cada de arroz e junte a esta mistura. Quando começar a ferver junte o arroz e mexa. Quando retomar a fervura, deixe cozer tapado durante 10 minutos. Apague o lume, junte as delícias cortadas em cubinhos e polvilhe com coentros picados. Sirva de seguida. Nota: O arroz de marisco poderá ser preparado num tacho de barro, deste modo o aroma e o sabor ficam mais intensos. Este prato deve ser servido de imediato, para que o arroz fique solto.

Bifinhos ao molho de soja

1. Temperam-se os bifes já cortados, mas com pouco sal porque o molho de soja já é salgado. 2. Corta-se a cebola em cubos. Numa frigideira, aquece-se o azeite, e aloura-se a cebola. Juntando-se posteriormente a carne e deixando alourar, mexendo sempre. 3. Pincela-se os bifes de uma lado e de outro com molho de soja, 3 vezes, intercaladas por 30 segundos. Deixa-se cozinhar em lume brando, mexendo sempre durante 3 minutos. 4. Junta-se o molho de soja a gosto (eu coloco 5 colheres de sopa) 5. Deixar cozer mais um pouco e já está pronto!

Nota: Pode-se adicionar cogumelos durante a fritura do bife, dependendo do gosto de cada um.

1. Coze-se a massa de acordo com as instruções constantes no pacote. 2. Frita-se ligeiramente o alho em azeite. 3. Adiciona-se o camarão, tempera-se com sal e piri-piri e frita-se. 4. Acrescenta-se o tomate e deixa-se estufar um pouco. Adiciona-se as natas e deixa-se apurar. Junta-se os camarões à massa previamente cozida e envolve-se acrescentando coentros picadinhos.

1. Tempere os bifes com o sumo do limão, o sal, pimenta e a salsa. 2. Ponha-os numa travessa que possa ir ao microondas. 3. Cubra-os com as rodelas de tomate e cebola, tanto por baixo como por cima. 4. Regue-os com um pouco de azeite 5. Leve ao microondas em potência máxima durante 25 minutos, fazendo uma pausa a meio para virá-los.

Numa frigideira ponha a manteiga a derreter ou (azeite ou oleo), junte depois a carne para fritar de ambos os lados por cerca de uns 10 minutos. 4. Quando estiver frita junte o molho em que marinou e deixe cozinhar por uns 10 minutos em lume forte, até apurar. 5. Por fim junte a colher de mostarda e misture tudo muito bem. 6. Sirva de imediato, decorado com uns pickles e azeitonas.
