After analyzing the “How X-Ray Mammography is Accelerating the Epidemic of Cancer” article written on wakeupworld.com, I believe this website is misinforming the public about mammograms which may lead to preventable deaths. After reading this article and information on cancer.org and breastcancer.org, I decided to write about how wakeupworld.com is wrong. Females and males can get breast cancer so I want to inform the reader the right information about mammograms. There was only one picture of a mammogram with a radiation symbol. However, there were many advertisement visuals on the right hand side, so that took up a lot of room for other pictures. This also doesn’t made the website look very credible due to the type of advertisements. The layout of the article was not overwhelming, because it was only three pages long with the information nicely spaced throughout. The font of the article was approximately 10-12 size standard font, and it was probably new times roman.
