Salary or Loan? Your choice
If you've ever told anyone for career advice, you've probably heard some versions of "follow your passion." Young people, in specific, are often said that they should figure out what career to pursue by building their work about whatever they're passionate about. However, in my opinion, it actually leads most students the wrong way in college time. There are too many students choose their major without understanding what jobs it will qualify them for once they graduate. One thing like student loans, after college, if you enter the working world with plenty of school loans to pay off, which may help you realize the importance of having a well-paying job.
Likewise, the reason of giving up passion may come from the pressure by surroundings, which is virtually not your obligation. Like this, people shouldn’t be trapped into others’ happiness and success, even the force given from family and friends. For instance, told by many parents to the children, “I couldn’t do this (referring to a specific activity) when I was young, so I want to see you do it.” Defensed these children when they grow up, also declared that they have their own thought of career, although they are not actually mean it, but you shouldn’t be influenced by the surroundings that can corrupt their minds. Be your own Master, follow your dreams, follow the path of your passion, you are bound to find success.
Those in power are not the only ones opposing an opinion about choosing career without passions. In addition, it is nothing worse than having to wake up every morning during the week to mindlessly go do work you don’t even care about. Just as accountants argue that they come into corporate America every day, putting in rash hours during the week and make a great paycheck on pay day. Many of them have all this money heaped up, but they never really get to enjoy the consequences of their effort because their work takes up most of their lives. Many of them hate their jobs because they aren’t really passionate about what they do. However, this is never really an issue when you are passionate about the work you do.
But have you think about often what makes people happy at work isn't that they're passionate about what they're doing, but that they have a sense of accomplishment or impact? Or they enjoy the autonomy they're given? Or they feel respected or valuable?
Therefore, while there is much hesitation to choose a career for what you love with the easier way to success, the independent choice, and the happier life. The risk of ruining your joy in real-work condition and the “finically happier” life also should come in account.
Career choice, to begin with, depends on a career’s perceived value which is determined by intrinsic factors such as intellectual interest as well as extrinsic factors such as salary expectation and the cost and length of future training.
Indeed, our beliefs of what we called “interest”, are formed through the interpretation of past experiences and the perception of the attitudes and expectations of others, such as parents, teachers, counselors, and so on, whom we refer to as socializers. In this way, the so-called interest can be cultivated and environment can be created. For example, you could imagine someone in your life is planning on following his father into engineering, spoke about how much his dad enjoys his work and how he envisions a similar life for himself. In this case, the socializer as your father plays a central role whom not only exert an influence on the student through their attitudes and expectations, he can also provide experiences for a person and influence how the person interpret those experiences.
Secondly, comparing to the most unusual jobs that fit everyone’s interest, most passionate jobs don't connect well with paying careers. If you're passionate about Drama or Theology (Lisa), you're going to find very narrow job openings for those things. As well as other people's passions are their friends or their family, or planting or cats, and again, there's not much of a job market made about those things. Those are beautiful passions to have, though—and often the best choice is to find a career that supports you enough to pursue those passions outside of work. So sanctified are those who swoon at the thought of Computer Science or Petroleum Engineering (Lisa), for they will be well-rewarded for their love. Thus, of course some people are passionate about their work, and that's a wonderful and lucky thing. If you can find a way to turn what you love doing into something that makes you a living, by all channels do. But the point is that "do what you love," for most people, isn't a reliable way to find the right career, and can result in anxiety, job-hopping and unhappiness.
Then, there are much more stuff in the life can make you happy. Even if the business of the work is not something you’re markedly passionate about, you can enjoy numerous facets of the work. You can be a wholly happy greeter because you like the human interaction, for instance, at 5 p.m., you can truly leave your work from the office and go home to your comfortable apartment. And you have some money in your current account to take a trip on holidays, or you can even save adequate money to take an annual retreat. Although these normal cases are for the ordinary people, many successful people own their avocation on interest instead of their career, as stated by Norman Gregory Fernandez, he learned to ride his first mini-motorcycle, and that same year he announced to his father that he was going to be an attorney- so he could live in a mansion, of course. Yes, we are all not living for survive but choose to live better, without giving up your passion, in some way, make your dream bigger. According to Mr. Fernandez, he is the Chatsworth, Calif- based firm handles personal injury and motor-cycle-related cases throughout the state, all these motorcycle peers could come to him for a legal service, also meets people that are like-minded.
Rather, turning what you love into a career can ruin what you loved about it. Say, you could love to bake, and your friends could frequently fascinated on your apple pies and encouraged you to open a bakeshop. But getting up before dawn every day, baking 100 cakes daily, and dealing with difficult customers and the stress and finances of running your own business might have nothing to do with about your love about baking—and might deplete the joy right out of it.
Finally, there was a brilliant suggestion given to my friend by her father as a businessman. Mostly, living is about finding solutions, repairs and approaches to gain what you desire which often involve horrible, problematic work that without much creative self-expression. None of us are owned a life in where we can get paid to do exactly what makes us happiest. In this way, people who are satisfied about their job may result in the accomplished you earned which are the the feeling in combination of the following traits: autonomy, respect, competence, creativity, and/or a sense of impact. (Cal) These rare and valuable traits require that you have rare and valuable skills to offer in return, and building these skills requires time and deliberate effort. In this way, passion is earned. (Cal)
In a word, a successful life is likely removing the need to accomplish “this a big salary decision” but begin taking lots of continuous small steps towards something you are passionate about. Most people lose their opportunity to follow their dreams (or any dreams, for that matter) because they’re too fearful of taking the first couple steps. Like one of my favorite proverb said, “Too many of us are not living our dreams because we are living our fears.”

If Amato adjusted their accounts and properly showed all revenues and expenses, their net income would be accurately reported. The bank could then make a better and more feasible decision on whether or not to renew the loan and how much the loan should be. If they had not waited for the adjusted net income, they could have decided to go ahead with the loan renewal since they saw such low expenses and high enough net income to be able to handle a bigger loan. This could have caused issues when it came to Amato actually having the money to repay the loan and not default. Principle: Although Amato's bankers are willing to wait...
