I know this because I could see all my colleagues whilst taking part in both interactions, I could see their body language, facial expressions and posture all clearly because the lighting was on point. If the lighting was too bright then it could have affected my eyesight, I wouldn’t be able to see my colleagues which would have made it hard for me to make eye contact and to communicate with them effectively.
