However, what had really challenged my beliefs about leadership, from what I learned in the course, is that true leaders are not limited by factors and circumstances. With positive attitude and strong mind, Johan van der Werf was able to bring a struggling subsidiary that carry a narrow line of saving products, transferring it into a high-growth business.
