Murders on the Block Qwan Martinez is a fugitive who is on the run after just breaking out of institution with some friends who left him by himself. He has lived in Texas since he was born but now that he has nowhere to go he has decided to go back to Mexico to find his brothers. Qwan will have to get through many things. It is the day that everyone around the world gets to do whatever they want illegal or not. They don’t get in trouble at all no matter what because it’s like a free to do whatever day.
