Should parents be held responsible if their children breaks the law? Should children be punished for what they have done? I do not think parents should be held responsible because if the parent did not contribute to it then why should they be responsible because what their child have done. I think it should just be on the child. Depending on certain emotional, environment and aging levels. Every parent and child are different because they are different people. It will have to take a community or more than just the community to stop the violence and trouble with the younger generation. But it all starts with us, the people.
