Smoked Chicken thighs with Smoker
Ingredients
• Chicken Thighs- 3, ½ lb
• Italian Salad- ½ Cup
• Soy Sauce- ½ Cup
• BBQ seasoning and sauce- 1/4 Cup
• Apple Juice- 2 Cups
Directions
1. Take the chicken thighs and clean them properly with running water; after the cleaning, dry them using a kitchen towel.
2. While the thighs are being dry, start with the preparation and take a bowl.
3. In the bowl, goes the Italian Salad dressing and soy sauce.
4. In the chicken, fill the chicken thighs with salad dressing.
5. On the whole, sprinkle the BBQ seasoning and rub properly.
6. Now seal the chicken within a plastic bag and refrigerate it more than 9 hours.

Take a plastic bucket and add all the ingredients into it.
