Agenda Item 1: Confirmation of minutes of previous meeting The president welcomed members to the meeting. The minutes of the previous member’s selection meeting was read out by Secretary. These were issued at the meeting and were accepted as a true record. The meeting was held to organise the annual activities for the club and raised funds for the competition and cost for the facilities of the club. The President asked for the minutes to be passed. Proposal for minutes to be passed to Ong Ben Kiat and Lee Hooi Sun. 2. Agenda Item 2 : Proposed Programmes for the year 2.1 Badminton Tournaments The details of the tournaments were proposed by Mohd. Haikal and next by Surihana Zainol. This competition will be held on 13th February 2012 in SMK St. Anthony’s hall.
