Someone once said, “Suicide doesn’t end the chances of life getting worse, it eliminates the possibility of it ever getting any better.” In our world today, people young and old commit suicide, because they can take it anymore, but they need to know they aren’t alone. Teenagers are easily misunderstood. People will never understand how a modern teenager’s brain works. Everyone cares what they think about, even when people say they don’t, there’s at least one person’s opinion they care about. Teen’s just want the sense of belonging. No one likes to be left out, if we did, there would be no such thing as depression, loneliness, heartache all the horrendous stuff teens go through on a daily basis. When a child feels worthless and hopeless they can become depressed, which can lead to suicide. In a recent test, at Yale University, females who have attempted or committed suicide will most likely resort to hanging, poisoning, and or overdosing. As for males they tend to go for firearms and hangings (“Suicide”). The video went viral. In the video Todd explains how she was being blackmailed after unwisely exposing herself to a web cam chat. One year later, they were exposed to everyone in her town because she refused to the man who had her photo anymore of herself. After moving to other towns, the man still followed and stalked Amanda. He ruined Amanda’s life via social media, because she knew what she had done was a mistake and never do it again. Todd soon began talking to an old friend, from her recent school, which was another mistake. Amanda was played. The old “friend” pressured Amanda to have sex with him and then she found out he had a girlfriend. A few days later his girlfriend showed up at Amanda’s school with a gang of people and began bashing on her. That day Amanda was beaten up brutally and was sent to the ER. When she went online she seen people saying that had wished the other girl had beaten her to death or that they hope she dies in the hospital.
