Національна уніфікація програм з іноземних мов для магістрів нефілологічних спеціальностей

Розглядається проблема класифікації національних освітніх рівнів та ключові завдання перебудови традиційного курсу англійської мови у світлі Національної програми для університетів "English for ESP".
Classification of the national education degrees and key tasks on restructuring the traditional course of English are considered in light of the "English for ESP" National Program for Universities.

Зобов’язання України щодо входження в Болонський процес вимагають від кафедр іноземних мов вищих навчальних закладів докорінної перебудови своїх навчальних курсів, за якими ведеться підготовка бакалаврів і магістрів нефілологічних спеціальностей. В той же час, знайомство з новими вітчизняними підручниками з англійської мови, матеріалами наукових конференцій, спілкування з колегами, нарешті екскурс по сайтах різних вищих навчальних закладів України – все це приводить до думки, що концепція перших двох освітньо-кваліфікаційних рівнів має занадто вільне тлумачення. Здається, що скільки кафедр іноземних мов, стільки й точок зору на те, чому треба вчити майбутнього бакалавра чи магістра. Як результат, вступні іспити з англійської мови до "чужої" магістратури, або аспірантури стають драматичним випробуванням для окремих вступників, а далі й саме навчання за незвичними вимогами нового академічного середовища. Можливо звучить парадоксально, але очевидно, що конче необхідно задуматись над тим, як окрім інтернаціональної мобільності студентів за Болонською системою, забезпечити внутрішню всенаціональну мобільність студентів і випускників вищих навчальних закладів України.
Спробуємо розібратись з уніфікацією тих базових параметрів, якими оперує кожна кафедра іноземних мов, розробляючи свою програму курсу, зокрема англійської мови, для студентів
