ASIC, in the beginning, did not take any kind of devised action for getting the evidence from the TAFP rather they opted for the discussion with the organisation which is the joint solution for the closely supervise and the vetting before the approval. In this case, the most effective way is to minimize the possibility of risk is to maintain a proper financial planning program by monitoring the cash flows within the organisation so that no fraud can take place . The Management should check the active system of internal activities on time to time basis.There should be a risk management plan like insurances to cover an unforeseen situation.
