There are many cases in which a group find themselves to believe in the same overall values or ideas. The first group is the ASPCA, they believe completely in the value of animal rights and lives. Next you can take any church, they are set up on their own set of values and beliefs and their members follow rules to find favor in their Gods eyes. The last group, and one that I relate to more than any other group is the United States Army. They have a set of seven values that are instilled in to every soldier from the time you arrive at basic training and stay with you until you leave. These values help you grow as a soldier, a professional, and as a person. The seven army values are easily remembered in an acronym, L.D.R.S.H.I.P, which I believe is motivating because any soldier who displays each of these values; he or she will become an amazing soldier and grow to become a great leader.
