A summary of the conflict among team members sets the stage for an innovative solution, while a description of the emergence of multicultural teams in the workplace provides a context. Initially, an assessment of the cultural diversity of the team members is provided. Then, a plan to leverage the richness of culturally diverse team members working together is explored. Governments argue over laws that separate the criminals from the bystanders, and without these laws individuals will never escape from the mob. When conformed under a common thought, a group can undermine their solo thoughts and secure an unbreakable mob mentality that cannot perish until separation; therefore, all mob members must suffer consequences for their actions. When people individuate, they become immune to actions from outside the mob which causes this unbreakable mob mentality. In an article about mob mentality, Megan Donley explains how it forms; “When people are part of a group, they often experience deindividuation, or a loss of self-awareness” (Donely n. pag.). When people experience deindividuation they become unstoppable with reason because they feel that what they are doing does not relate to themselves and/or personal life. Their “horse in blinders” like actions are what causes mobs to be so dangerous; blocking out all reality of their life, only falling victim to the tight reins of the group thoughts. Blown off course by terrible storms the three disoriented men had in fact sailed north. Eventually they reached Moreton Bay where they were cared for by local Aboriginals. Later on in that year while exploring Moreton Bay for possible penal settlements, John Oxley, surveyor general came across the convicts, it was Finnegan who acted as a guide when Oxley navigated the same large flowing river which he named the Brisbane River after the Governor General.(Fig 1) By 1824 the Moreton Bay penal settlement had been established and Oxley had returned to Brisbane from Sydney and along with Lieutenant Butler and botanist Allan Cunningham explored and surveyed the Brisbane River.( Fig 2) On the 19th September Oxley observed a large creek or stream which branched off from the Brisbane River.
