There are many ways companies engage their customers to deliver their products and gain a long lasting relationships with them. Touch Points are all the communications, interactions, both humans and physical that one’s customers experience during their relationship life cycle with the organization. It can be interaction with the organization’s website, sales person, warehouse stuff, or any other personal that interacts with the customers. Moreover, Customer Touch point give the company the opportunity to touch, influence, and affect the customer’s experience.

It usually focuses on the touch points we have with our customers as well as prioritize, control, and isolate it. Moreover, our touch points includes; Sales process, Giving clears understanding, & Contact Center. To begin with, Sales process; our company make sure that customers feel comfortable with their decisions to purchase the product. We do that to make them feel that they have the last call of buying, and choosing the right product without sensing any regretting. This will make them texture that they have made an informed and wise decision as it will minimize the buyer’s remorse that customers usually feel at some point or another. Another touch point we use is ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of the benefits and services that our product offering them and that the same information actually being communicated in all of the company. This really helps to reinforce that they have made the right choice and minimizes confusion. There is nothing worse for customer to receive two different information at different point along the customer spectrum from a recent decision that they have made to purchase your product, and to avoid that; our company trains employees to provide correct and same information to the customers to make the customers fully understand the …show more content…
Moreover, our company emphases to be different and unique with high quality that lasts forever. The strategy we follow is Differentiation; the company provides an exclusive product with irreplaceable features that can’t be in any other company. Our product which called “MAKE ME UP” is a lady mask that contain the whole make up steps to clean the face without using other equipment’s as you will putt it and receive any facial look you like with the support of a microchip inside the mask that have several looks in it and also you can choose it and save it for later usage.
