The following are 5 basic principles of “the Toyota Way”: First, challenge. Challenge means that a corporation should always challenge itself in terms of challenging the process. A company should not say that we are doing very well and we need not make any improvements. Unless a company always challenges the process, it cannot have constant competitive.
