The United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission “is accountable for implementing federal laws that make it unlawful to be discriminatory against any person applying for a job based on the individuals race, color, religion, sex including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation, national origin, age 40 or older, disability or genetic information.
