Danone’s company business also should take into consideration other factors that affect the wage level identification. Those factors include a level of demand on the market, cost of living in the area, attractiveness of the product, which offers to the business. A wage should be competitive to the similar business because that can attract good specialists. Wages should be calculated in accordance to labor standard, which contains information about minimum wage, overtime payments, and equal pay (Kinne 2000). It is also important for the business to encourage employees to work more effective and provide them with compensations. Positive practice shows that compensation programs should be communicated clearly with the employees and even submitted to them in written form because that will provide the company with additional legal protection.
