A good leader is ne who keeps a soldier informed, helps solve a soldier’s problems and motivates them. A bad leader is the opposite. Bad leaders don’t keep their soldiers in the loop, they don’t help their soldiers solve issues, and they drain them. Would you want someone who was there for you or would you want to feel alone? How you choose to lead your team is up to you, but remember how it was to be a soldier. Being a good leader takes dedication. As a leader you are in charge of more than just yourself. There is a plethora of important information that is put out daily in mission briefs and platoon meetings. As a leader is it your job to inform your soldiers of important hit times and meetings. You need to inform them of, where they are supposed to be, when they are supposed to be there, what gear they need to bring, and what uniform they need to be wearing.
