During the WWII, on February 19, 1942, Japanese- Americans were to be forced to be relocated as an Executive Order 9066 issued from President Franklin D. Roosevelt. On May 3rd, Exclusion Order 34, A Japanese-American named Fred T. Korematsu, was a civil rights hero who fought for equality, and protested for force of internment of Japanese-Americans. Fred violated the exclusion order which required him to submit forced relocation during the WWII. The results of this event was for him to be arrested for not following government orders and appealed his case to the Supreme Court.
