I believe that everyone should be active in a team sport. When I play a team sport, it helps me build friendships, teaches me respect, and keeps me in shape. This causes me to look healthier and happier. I believe this is the most important thing in this universe. Having a team to play for and not being alone in getting active, it’s like heaven.
Basically, every week I am active within a team sport. From me playing basketball or even getting involved with other sports. I love to stay active. Maybe even just learning how to respect player, coaches and other trustworthy people.
Sometimes when I don't feel like being active I remember the positive things that can get done out of this.
One day I went to a tryout with zero friends. When I made the team and the season had begun I ended up making …show more content…
When I play a sport, I stay in the right shape. I gain strength and even lose weight. It’s probably one of the best feelings knowing that your body is strong, healthy, and in the right shape.
Occasionally, a team sport can teach you to respect other trustworthy figures. Such as, your peers, coaches, or it may even teach you to respect not only the people inside of sports but outside of them too. My respect level has definitely changed due to a team sport. I’ve learned that respect can lead you a long way.
Why wait years to join a sport? Just being involved is the best decision you could possibly make. You absolutely won’t regret it. It does so much for you by joining or being active in a team sport.
I believe that no matter what team sport you decide to join you will definitely get something positive out of it. There are many ways to gain something out of it. I not only gained those three things I named, but, I also gained assurance, and knowledge. Being involved with a team sport isn’t always easy for me. I had to struggle to be where I am at today. Even still to this day I have to continue that hard

Active and Passive Euthanaisa

...Active and Passive Euthanasia   James Rachels was an American philosopher who specialized in ethics and animal rights. Over the course of his career has written six books and over 85 essays. In 1975, Rachels wrote the article “Active and Passive Euthanasia”, in which he argued that the distinction so important in the law between killing and letting die which was based on the principle of double effect. He argued that if we allow passive euthanasia, we should also allow active euthanasia because it is more humane and that there is really no moral difference between the two. In my paper I have chosen two questions to answer concerning the article written by James Rachels. Rachels offers two principal arguments against the distinction between active and passive euthanasia. What are these arguments? Passive euthanasia is when the doctor does not do anything to bring about the patient’s death because the patient ends up dying at whatever illness they may have. While active euthanasia is when the doctor does something to bring about the patient’s death, for example, the doctor gives a patient with cancer a lethal injection which causes the death of the patient. Rachels claims that "killing is not itself any worse than letting die." What support does he offer for this claim? Do you agree? Why or why not? Rachel argues that there really isn’t a moral difference between the two because many believe that killing someone is morally worse than letting someone die...

Euthanasia

...whether people can legally passively or actively end their own lives raise many issues. Some argue that by allowing euthanasia will permit people to look down on human life, as if it is not important and can be used for certain criminal circumstances. On the other hand, others argue that permitting people to take their own lives actually maintains human dignity, since people should not have to die painful deaths. I believe that human dignity and the value of human life can best be protected and preserved by permitting people to chose to stop treatments which prolong their lives, but without legalizing the active taking of lives. The philosopher Dyck is representative of the the position that euthanasia should never be legal, because it does not entail compassion for one, or one owns human dignity. Dyck proposes an alternative moral argument to euthanasia, the idea of “benemortasia.” Benemortasia is the belief that a “good” death doesn’t need to be painless or be fully controlled by the person.. Not only does Dyck argue that our definition of good death should change, but he has multiple arguments for why euthanasia is morally wrong. First off, one who causes someone else’s death completely does violence to that person and those around them. The second is, it ends to means for one to clarify misunderstandings or bestow last kindness. The third states that suicide may cause years of suffering to others, and the final, it implies that others may commit suicide if they feel their...

It Active Directory Health Chech in Detail

...ACTIVE DIRECTORY HEALTH CHECK One of the most critical and challenging aspects of today’s networked computing environments is ensuring that all network services are functioning optimally. The Accudata Systems Network Health Checks proactively examine your network resources to determine the health of your environment and that all resources are readily available and performing as expected. Why should you perform a Microsoft® Active Directory® Health Check? A directory service is the main switchboard of a network operating system. It manages the identities and brokers the relationships between distributed resources so that they can work together. Further, a directory service is a place to store information about corporate and organizational assets such as applications, files, printers, and users. It provides a consistent method for naming, describing, locating, accessing, managing, and securing information about the resources. Microsoft Active Directory was designed to be feature-rich, flexible, and scalable. Active Directory requires a considerable investment of time during the initial planning and design stages as well as throughout the life of the network. As the networking environment changes, it is critical to ensure that Active Directory continues to function as required. Some of the areas of Active Directory that often require attention include: Schema or Global Catalog replications do not occur optimally, causing intermittent directory problems FSMO roles...

How to Stay Healthy

...There are so many reasons how, and why we should stay healthy. Simple things like brushing your teeth in the morning to something more drastic like participating in a marathon. It is very important for us as Americans to maintain a healthy lifestyle and to do so we need to improve our well being not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally. Physical activity is done for different reasons and in different settings. If you think of physical activity what comes to mind? Walking up the 6 flights of stairs on your way to work? Waiting tables from 12-8 at a restaurant? Or how about cooking your favorite meal? These are all examples of physical activity and remember it’s not the amount of physical activity you do but it also depends on the variety. Physical activity isn’t only about running marathons or going to the gym. That’s only the tip of the iceberg. Physical activity also involves being self-sufficient. There are all kinds of movements needed to carry out tasks and chores at home for example bathing, cooking, doing laundry, vacuuming, or shopping for groceries. Sometimes these activities can be quite demanding and people often hire others to perform these chores. But there has been an increase in sales for do-it-yourself manuals and more people are watching tutorial videos online to save time and money. Another way we use physical activity is through gestures. We use gestures to express our feelings and convey messages to other people. The first type of gesture I’ll...

Reducing Teenage Pregnancies and STDs through Education

... Why do we need sexual education? In recent years there has been a large debate on how to reduce the number of teenage pregnancies and STDs in the United States. Although many agree that some form of sexual education is needed there are many opinions on what should be taught in schools and at what age. One approach is teaching abstinence only programs compared with teaching young adolescence about sex and contraceptives use and the risks associated with being sexually active. We compare the United States that currently has both the highest teenage pregnancies and STDs among young adolescence compared to other industrialized countries.
