An Internet security firm has discovered a major alleged malware infection on Yahoo. Over 300,000 users of the website have already been exposed to this malware and there will be more users exposed. This is occurring when users click on ads posted on Yahoo. The ad will automatically download the malware onto users computers. In the past three months users have been highly affected by this virus. Malware is designed specifically to interrupt a user’s normal computer operation, gain access to other private computers on a network or gather sensitive information on an infected machine. Yahoo needs to notify users on how to turn off the Java in users browsers, which can prevent the download from happening. Also, Yahoo needs to do a better job at monitoring their ads and make sure they do not contain viruses when clicked. Yahoo users are being affected by viruses automatically downloading after clicking on ads posted on the website. Users need to be aware of this and take corrective actions such as turn off Java or download an anti-virus system. Yahoo also needs to monitor ads posted on their website more efficiently.

The education system has changed a lot in the past couple of decades. Students are not reading at grade level by grade 3. Without good information about where our kids are starting, we have no way of knowing if our goals may be unattainable for some of them. This needs to be fixed before they graduate. Teachers don’t get sufficient training and support in our reading program. Students’ reading levels are not measured accurately in grades K–3.
We want all our third graders to read at grade level or above. In order to do this we believe we should start a teacher-mentoring program in reading and implement more rigorous reading assessments in grade K-3.
We believe the children are not reading on grade level as a result of insufficient funds for teachers for training in our reading program and not accurately measuring students’ reading levels in grades K-3.

Yahoo is not adjusting and adapting to current and perspective future competition. Yahoo’s executives, employees and investors are all affected by the problem. Without the ability to tape into more markets and re-innovate their current operations to compete against competitors and strive to gain growth, the company will have little to no future
When one is doing well, there is always a lack of interest to change for perspective future events. Yahoo had gotten too comfortable with its status quo. Yahoo should seek to focus on ensuring its long-term survival against competition and seek growth through innovation. Yahoo should seek out new ways to eat up market growth by using its existing infrastructure to help launch new areas of expansion.
Yahoo should focuses on innovation by joint venturing with new Internet based start up companies in order to bring in new ideas and encourage growth through new means to ensure its survival against a world of aggressive international competition. Yahoo is not adjusting and adapting to current and perspective future competition
