The self-administered survey sent to 15 interdisciplinary clinicians, included physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, and psychologists at CSSSs. Eleven clinicians responded to the survey with response rate of 73%. The clinicians included 3 physicians, 4 physiotherapists, 3 nurses, and one psychologist.
