The Sergeant had turned a report back to a trooper for corrections. This Trooper took the rejected paperwork personally, became very down on herself, and was angry with the situation, feeling that this was a direct attack on her. I was able to coach the Trooper in a way that made her appreciate that the paperwork being turned back was not to hurt her but to help her.
