Reflection diary Week 2: Cultural Lens Looking through a cultural lens means understanding that my background, values, and experiences dictate it and hence has an element of bias inherently to it in the way I look at things. Biases will prevail in the way I interpret, communicate, and decide on something. For instance, I can be partially blind to perspectives which are not in my cultural norms and hence overlook or misinterpret them.
