PACER: In the beginning of class I scored a 54 on the pacer while for the post test I received a score of 62. I feel this is an accurate representation of my effort because I have been running and working on my cardiovascular system. To further improve my score I’m going to follow this fit plan.
F:I’m going to run four times a week
I:I’m going jog for about three fourths of a mile and then run for another three fourths of a mile.
T:I will keep this pace until I get to three miles

Activity Log
For the week that we did the activity log I had an average of 51 minutes of activity. All in all I’m surprised that I was active for that long throughout the week. The reason is that I never noticed that I was as active as I truly I’m. One way that I can see me improving my time even more is to be out doing something more than what i'm doing now. Another way for me is to to increase my workout in representation for the navy. In the end, I’m happy with my score and hope to improve it even more.

Hydration Log
For the week that we did the Hydration Log I had an average of 23 ounces of water. After I was in a health class I started to drink more and I just never realized how much I was actually drinking. But I can still some improvement that needs to be done to improve it even further. For starters, I need to drink more in general and drink more in the afternoon because most of the water I drank was in the mornings and night. Another way is to carry more water on me when I do my
