During the rearing and feeding trial in the laboratory condition, the change in growth and feed utilization by the shing fish fed on three different Vitamin C level have been assessed by the determination of condition factor (K), survival rate (SR), specific growth rate (SGR%), feed conversion ratio (FCR), feed efficiency and average daily gain (ADG) and protein efficiency ratio (PER). All the water quality parameters specifically- Temperature (0C), Dissolved oxygen (DO), Carbon dioxide (CO2) and pH in the plastic tanks were highly monitored and maintained. The tragedy, localized mainly in the Ukrainian region of the Soviet Union was brought on by a series of events that would leave the villages of this Soviet nation with nothing to nourish the extensive population. Women, children, and men alike starved to death as the crops of their villages were taken away, leaving them with nothing, not even small scraps of food or grain to survive on through the seasons between harvests. When harvest came, the grain and other crops would be taken away before the local population could feed their own bodies, leaving people to steal anything that they could to feed themselves and their families. The question that has plagued historians for decades is who exactly is at fault for causing a tragedy of this nature to occur. The purpose of this paper is to bring to light a possible factor of guilt for this event, and give supporting evidence from both eyewitness accounts and research, done since the occurrence of the events in 1931-1933, to prove that there is indeed guilt to be placed on a party. It is this authors viewpoint that suggests that criminal charges be brought against the government of the Soviet Union, and the Communist Party as a whole. The United States Public Health Service, the United States government, conducted this heinous act themselves. This shows what was happening to African Americans even as late as the 20th Century. For our own government to run this experiment helps feed the distrust by black Americans of the system (Government). Beginning in 1932, the United States Public Health Service worked in conjunction with the Tuskegee Institute to study the natural progression of syphilis. They hoped the study would justify the treatment programs for African Americans. The name of the study was the “Tuskegee Study of Untreated Syphilis in the Negro Male.” This study would go on to last forty years. It was officially ended in 1972. The study included 600 black men. Only 399 actually had the disease. Contrary to popular belief, these men were not injected with the disease. They already contracted the syphilis bacteria in their daily lives. Of the 600 black men, 201 did not have the syphilis bacteria. This case was a classic discrimination case. Effective up to 20 washes, depending on local conditions, the fendozin-rich net would kill mosquitoes and other bugs within 20 minutes after they come in contact with it, said officials. The nets are already available across the country and cost TK 650~700 [US$ 8-9] a piece. The nets meet the requirements of the World Health Organization and are "extremely safe" for humans and other mammals, said Saria Sadique, managing director of BASF Bangladesh. The country's first Long Lasting Impregnated Net [LLIN] plant, which has been set up in the industrial park, cost TK 124 million and has created jobs for 800 people. The plant owned and operated by Grameen Fabrics and Fashions will manufacture the nets under the brand name Interceptor. BASF Grameen Limited will market the product.
