Urgent flight from Paris airport to New York via United Kingdom

Problem
We need to travel to New York from one of Paris airports threw United Kingdom airport. We are in an urgent situation. What steps we must follow to gather data’s and information’s from our agent website?
Before we start gathering data’s and information’s we must determine our problem and our goal.

Goal: Reach New York City from Paris threw U.K airports.
Problem: We must select the faster route to reach our destination.

Having determining our goal and problem we must set some constrains. Doing so we will be able to filter faster data and information’s and we will avoid gathering unnecessary data’s and information’s that will take time to analyze and louse valuable time.
Constrains:
1) We will travel alone. 2) Departure airport: Which airport we must choose. 3) Date and time: We are in a hurry so we must look for the faster day and time to travel. 4) United Kingdom airport stop: We must make a stop to a United Kingdom airport and from there travel to New York. It doesn’t matter if will be the same airport or different one. We must avoid airports that their stuff does strikes or will be in strike the day we will travel. 5) Airline: We avoid airline companies that we know there schedules programs are not trustworthy and always have delays, strikes or other problems. 6) Cost: The cost of the airline ticket is not important. 7) Landing airports in New York: We don’t care in which airports we will land in United Kingdom or New York. We must avoid airports that their stuff does strikes or will be in strike the day we will travel. 8) Weather: We must check if the weather they day we will departure from Paris is suitable so there will be no cancelation of flights, same for the weather at United Kingdom and New York airports. Even if the route is the faster if there is a chance to cancel flights especially to the United Kingdom airport we will land it will cost us a lot of time when we reach that airport to go to other airport to fly to New York.

Now that we set our constrains we will visit the agent website and start gathering data’s. 1) We select the departure day: As we are in an urgent situation we can select to fly the same day. We select the flexible days so it will appear results for next days as well. 2) We select one way flight. 3) Departure: We select an airport that we can reach it faster than the others. 4) Destination: We select New York. As New York have more than one airport and we assume it has a choice New York (All airports) we select that choice. If we assume the agent website have a choice of middle stop we select United Kingdom (All airports). If the website doesn’t have New York (All airports) we must repeat all the steps from the beginning to gather all the data’s for each airport. 5) We input the number of passengers and press search.
When the dates with the data’s appear we can input them in an Excel file and separate them to different categories. The categories will be the constrains we set, example:

We start filtering the unnecessary data’s and information's by certain order to get the faster and most trustworthy route to travel. 1) We sort them by arrival Date and Time and remove the entries that are higher from the date we want be in New York. 2) We remove the entries that the weather or strikes or other problems will prevent or delay the flights from the airport we choose. 3) We remove the entries that we don’t trust the airline travel schedule with danger to louse the plane from U.K airport to N.Y. 4) We remove the entries that the weather or strikes or other problems at U.K airports will prevent the landing. 5) We remove the entries that the weather or strikes or other problems at U.K airports will prevent or delay the flight. 6) We remove the entries that the weather or strikes or other problems at N.Y airports will prevent or delay the landing.
When we done all the filtering we will have the faster and most trustworthy route to travel from Paris to N.Y threw U.K airport.
